2016 WBEA/HBEA EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION AND CONTRACT
In accordance with the terms of this Exhibitor’s Registration and Contract, the organization below contracts for exhibit space and services offered by the Western Business Education Association (WBEA) and the Hawai‘i Business Education Association (HBEA) at the conference during the following days: Friday-Saturday, February 12-13, 2016.
Timeline (Exhibitor will not break down display before designated exhibit times as stated below):
Booth Set Up: Friday, February 12, 12:00 noon – 3:30 p.m.
Open Exhibit Hours:
Friday, February 12, 3:30 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. (Closed during Opening Session, 5:30 – 7:00 p.m.)
Saturday, February 13, 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. (Closed during Luncheon/Gen. Session, 11:45 a.m.-1:15 p.m.)
Activities in Exhibit Area:
Friday, February 12, Exhibitors’ Reception featuring hors d’oeuvres and a no-host bar, 7:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. (Two complimentary tickets)
Saturday, February 13, Coffee, 7:30 a.m. – 8:30 a.m.
Booth Break Down: Saturday, February 13, 4:00 p.m.
EXHIBITOR ACCEPTANCE: Exhibitor will not break down display before designated exhibit times as stated above. The exhibitor assumes the entire responsibility and liability for losses, damages, and claims arising out of exhibitor’s activities on the Hotel premises and will indemnify, defend, and hold harmless WBEA, HBEA, the Hotel, its owner, and its management company, as well as their respective agents, servants, and employees from any and all such losses, damages, and claims. I, the duly authorized representative of the undersigned company, on behalf of that company, subscribe and agree to all the terms and conditions of this contract.
SUBLETTING AND CANCELLATION: Exhibit tables and spaces may NOT be sublet without written authorization from the Exhibit Chairperson. No refunds will be made in the event of cancellation.

Exhibit reservation includes one 6-foot draped table and two chairs. Additional tables are accompanied by two chairs. All exhibitors will receive a name badge. Exhibitors wishing to attend the breakout sessions must register as a conference participant (registration form enclosed). Exhibitors may purchase tables, supplies, and conference meals listed below.
